Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern participation in the FantasyXXX.ai Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older and comply with all applicable laws.

Commissions & Payments

FantasyXXX.ai operates a revenue share–only affiliate program.

• 35% Lifetime Revenue Share on membership subscription payments
• 35% Lifetime Revenue Share on all token purchases

Lifetime refers to the duration of the referred user's active account, provided the affiliate remains in good standing.

Commission Adjustments

FantasyXXX.ai may reverse commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or abuse.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the operating jurisdiction of FantasyXXX.ai.
